If you’re not a student, you can stay with us as a guest during the summer period for a maximum period of 2 months.

The rental period for long-stay studio apartments runs in principle for 12 months from 1 September to 31 August. However, depending on availability we could be flexible on the rental period and moving in/out dates. Please contact us to discuss further.

The rental period for short-stay studio apartments is minimum 3 months and maximum 6 months.

The all-inclusive rent varies between eur 700 and eur 1,100 on a monthly basis, depending on the size and location of the studio apartment and whether it is short-stay or long stay rent. This all-inclusive rent includes service charges, Wi-Fi, utilities, regular cleaning and furniture. Please email directly with a member of our team for further information.

Your fully-furnished studio apartment room with your private bathroom and own kitchen, all the gas, water and electricity costs, Wi-Fi and regular cleaning services.

Our studio apartments are typically between 25 and 50m2. You will always have a private toilet and bathroom and often have your own kitchen.

Yes. All studio apartments are furnished with a bed, fridge, desk, lamps, chair and basic kitchen materials.

You need to bring your own bed linen and towels. However, you can buy a pack from us in case this is more convenient. See also: Do I need to clean my own studio apartment?

We will provide basic cleaning services on a regular basis. You are responsible to tidy up your studio apartment.

Yes, you can share a studio apartment with somebody if you wish. In that case, the rent increases by 30%, which covers the extra costs the other person brings.

Of course you can! We want you to feel at home, so guests are welcome to visit you during your stay with us. There’s no extra charge if they stay up to 14 nights, and if they want to stay longer, you only pay 30% extra over the monthly rate.

We will email you and your guarantor the rental contract. Once you have signed the rental contract, sent a copy of your ID (passport or driving license) and paid the deposit (see below), your booking is complete. Yes. This is a one off payment made at the time you book, it’s protected during your stay with us and as long as your studio apartment is left in a good condition, returned in full at the end of your stay.

You need to be ready to set up an automatic instruction for your rent – we won’t take any rent from you when you book, but we will need to set up an automatic instruction, usually a Direct Debit or Continuous Card Recurring Authority (CCRA), for your future rent instalments.

 

If you’re using someone else’s card, they’ll need to give their permission for you to use it – make sure you ask the card holder if you are using their details to pay a deposit, or for rent. You cannot pay in cash.

A guarantor is someone who takes joint financial responsibility for your tenancy. If, for any reason, you are unable to pay an amount owed to us it is your guarantor’s responsibility to do so. You will need to name a guarantor when you make your booking and this person will need to sign the tenancy paperwork. We have the right to recover any outstanding monies from your guarantor so it is important that your guarantor understands their liability.

Anyone over the age of 25, who does not live with us. It is important to choose someone who is able to take financial responsibility for your booking if you are unable to do so.

No, we do not allow any pets.
